What a Sunday feels like
St. Peter holds two Sunday services. At 9 am the service is entirely in English with a printed Spanish translation, and the Gospel is read in Karen. At 11:30 am it is mostly in Spanish with a printed English translation; the children's message is in English and the sermon in both languages. Each runs about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes: confession, Scripture, a sermon, prayers and songs. The congregation speaks and sings the parts printed in bold. Children are encouraged to stay; a private room by the church entrance is available. Communion is for members of St. Peter and WELS churches; others are asked to wait.
