What a Sunday feels like
St. Patrick's Church, at 723 W. Washington St. on Milwaukee's near South Side, has three Masses every Sunday: 8:30 a.m. in English, and 10:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. in Spanish. Jesuit priests serve St. Patrick's together with Our Lady of Guadalupe, a separate church at 605 S. 4th St. with its own Mass times, so check which building you are going to. St. Patrick's Choir sings at the 10:30 Mass, and a youth choir of children and teenagers sings at the 5 p.m. On the 2nd and 4th Sundays, baptisms take place during or right after the 10:30 Mass. Bilingual confession is on Saturdays, 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.
