What a Sunday feels like

St. Luke's celebrates the Holy Eucharist every Sunday at 9:00 a.m.; the service usually takes about an hour. Ushers greet you at the Herman Street entrance with a bulletin holding the day's readings, and a handicap-accessible entrance is on Euclid Avenue. Sit anywhere. A guide in the pew shows when to stand, as you are able, and when to sit; the church says there is no one right way to do anything. At communion you can receive at the altar rail or cross your arms there to ask for a blessing. Quiet rooms off the lobby are there for fussy children, and Coffee Hour follows downstairs in the church hall.
