What a Sunday feels like

Each service lasts about an hour. As you enter, an usher hands you a worship folder that spells out the entire service from beginning to end. Often one of the pastors invites the kids up to the front for a short sermon just for them, and the church says it does not mind if children cannot sit through the whole service; there is a nursery area in the lower level if you need a break. Members wear everything from jeans and slacks to dresses and suits. There is a thank-offering after the sermon, but visitors are not expected to take part. The main doors are on Kinnickinnic Ave; the rear entrance avoids steps.
