What a Sunday feels like
St. Edmund's holds its Sunday service, the Holy Eucharist (also called Mass), at 10:00 a.m. in Ward Four on the second floor of the Historic Pritzlaff Building, 313 North Plankinton Avenue, in the Third Ward. Parking is on the street. The service is liturgical, drawing on the Book of Common Prayer, with hymns, Scripture, a homily and prayer, and the church says it lasts about an hour. Baptized Christians who share the church's belief that Christ is present in the sacrament may receive Communion; anyone else may come forward for a blessing. Children are welcome at all services. Coffee and conversation follow the service.
