What a Sunday feels like

At the St. Augustine site, 6768 West Rogers Street, the weekend Mass is the Saturday vigil at 4:00 p.m., and Confession is offered there on Saturdays at 3:00 p.m. The parish describes Mass in two parts. In the Liturgy of the Word, Scripture is read, the psalm is sung and a homily follows; the parish says it recites the Nicene Creed together each Sunday at Mass. Then comes the Liturgy of the Eucharist. The parish's Eucharist page says Catholics who have received their First Holy Communion are welcome to receive unless in a state of mortal sin. The Sunday-morning Masses, at 9:00 and 10:30 a.m., are at the Holy Assumption site, 7109 West Orchard Street.
