What a Sunday feels like
Shalom Baptist meets at 5600 West Bradley Rd, Brown Deer, in the former public library. Sunday School for all ages is at 9:30am and Morning Worship at 10:30am. A greeter at the doors can point you to the nursery (infants through age 3), Sunday school rooms, restrooms and coffee. The church says not to worry about what you wear; some dress up, others wear jeans. Spots closest to the door are kept for visitors and people needing assistance. Coffee follows the service, where you can meet the pastor. Fill in the visitor card at the welcome counter for a small gift.
Please don't worry about what you'll wear to church, for we truly believe people should come to God as they are. Once you walk in the doors, you'll see that the congregation has all types of people in all kinds of dress. While some people dress up, others are more comfortable in a pair of jeans.
