What a Sunday feels like
Pilgrim holds one Sunday service, the Divine Service, at 9:30 a.m. at 6817 W Center Street, at 68th and Center in Wauwatosa. The church describes worship as chiefly God's action: sinners receiving God's gifts through Word and sacrament. Its music uses a Martin Ott tracker pipe organ, with choral singing, handbells and other instruments. Fellowship follows at 10:45 a.m., and on some Sundays a Christian Education hour led by the pastor meets at 11:00 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. Sunday School, open to children aged 4 and up, meets at 8:30 a.m. in the Parish House at 2664 N 68th Street, the house behind Pilgrim Lumin School.
