What a Sunday feels like
The Divine Service is held every Sunday at 9:15 a.m. and Thursday at 6:30 p.m., in English, using the traditional liturgy of the Lutheran Service Book and readings from the Historic Lectionary. Some worshippers make the sign of the cross, kneel or bow; the church says these are neither commanded nor forbidden. The Lord's Supper is offered at every Divine Service to members and to members of congregations in fellowship with this one; visitors are asked to speak with the pastor before communing. Visitors are asked to sign the guest book and fill in an attendance card from the pew. From Labor Day to Memorial Day, Sunday School and an adult Bible class meet at 8:00 a.m.
