What a Sunday feels like

Worship is Sundays at 9:00 a.m., in person or online. The church has little parking of its own; street parking is usually open on 53rd Street north and south of Locust. The front steps are a bit steep, and there is an elevator on the south side of the main entrance. An usher in the lobby offers you a bulletin with the full order of service, which is also projected on a screen. The service is traditional, with hymns led by a pipe organ, a confession of sin, Bible readings, a message and, most Sundays, Holy Communion. People dress pretty casually, though a few men wear ties and some women wear dresses. Bible Class and Sunday School are at 10:15 a.m.
